Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers

The Hercules project was created a few years ago in cooperation with the University of Parma. Several tests on different products determined the correct heat transfer coefficients and power consumption, allowing MBS to develop a customized calculation program to obtain maximum heat exchanger efficiency.
