Ultra MixMaster

The Ultra MixMaster is a highly efficient Ultra High Shear mixer with shear rates up to 120,000S-1. The mixer operates on the rotor-stator principle, where a special closed mixing wheel passes the product through a patented stator. In some applications the Ultra MixMaster can replace a low pressure homogenizer. Ultra MixMaster has a homogenizing effect corresponding to a pressure of 50-80 bar.
